1. Introduction This Cancellation Policy applies to the services provided through www.mindok.in, a platform owned and operated by Advertia Pvt Ltd. By using our services, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy. This policy is designed to ensure clarity and fairness in the cancellation process for both Patients and Providers.
2. Cancellation by Patients
- Cancellation Timeframe: Patients may cancel a scheduled session up to 24 hours before the appointment time without incurring any charges. Cancellations made within this timeframe will not be eligible for a refund unless otherwise specified in the refund policy.
- Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session will be considered late, and the full session fee may be charged. In such cases, refunds are not typically provided unless there are exceptional circumstances, which will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
3. Cancellation by Providers
- Provider-Initiated Cancellations: If a Provider cancels a session, Patients will be notified as soon as possible and will have the option to reschedule the session at no additional cost or request a full refund.
- Rescheduling: In cases where the Provider cancels, Patients can choose to reschedule the session with the same Provider or select another Provider, subject to availability.
4. No-Show Policy
- Patient No-Show: If a Patient fails to attend a scheduled session without prior notice or cancellation, the session will be considered a no-show, and the full session fee may be charged. Refunds will not be provided for no-shows.
- Provider No-Show: If a Provider fails to attend a scheduled session without prior notice, the Patient will be offered the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.
5. Emergency Cancellations In cases of emergencies, where either the Patient or the Provider is unable to attend the session, both parties are encouraged to notify each other as soon as possible. Advertia Pvt Ltd will work with both parties to reschedule the session or process a refund if necessary.
